Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Em-joyably's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Em-joyably provides professional home organisation services including:

• Complete home transformation
• Luxury maintenance programmes
• Bespoke consultations
• Decluttering and organisation
• Storage solutions and systems design

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking Policy

Services must be booked in advance with a 50% deposit required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit
• 3-7 days notice: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 3 days notice: Deposit is non-refundable

4. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Travel within 20 miles of OX7 6JA is included; additional mileage will be charged at £0.45 per mile.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your requirements
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Be present or arrange access for scheduled appointments
• Inform us of any hazards or special considerations
• Make decisions about items to keep, donate, or discard

6. Liability and Insurance

Em-joyably maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance. We exercise reasonable care in handling your belongings but cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, home layouts, and personal belongings. Photos may be taken for portfolio purposes only with your express written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of England.
